What is true love?

Is it the feeling when you’re heart skips a beat…

When they look at you & smile, you go weak in your knees!

That’s what I initially thought true love is!

But one day someone entered and changed my life forever.

That’s when I knew!

True love is when you have Butter Chicken!

Yes! There is no denying the fact that I have immense love for this chicken. To exaggerate, I’m the true version of Joe from the series “YOU” who could stalk butter chicken if I had to!

Okay, I’m not like him. (Believe me, please!)

As a food reviewer, I’ve been to countless places in Mumbai. I’ve tried various cuisines and food options, some of which I can’t even pronounce after multiple visits.

No matter what I try, I’ll always look for this specific item on the menu. There’s something about it that just makes me go all cuckoo over it. Whether it’s going for a drink or ordering food from a Bar, I’d ask them for a portion of this chicken!

What does Butter chicken taste like?

Heavenly! I mean of course a lot of butter with mild gravy but still, it does an awesome job in keeping the host happy!

What goes well with butter chicken?

It all depends on your perception & choice. I’m the guy that can have chicken crispy with a Butter Naan! (Not kidding at all). You can have butter chicken with Naan, Roti, Pita bread or even with basmati rice! Try different variants until you find the right pick.

Quite recently I visited Delhi and happened to visit Moti Mahal and the hype is real here too. The chicken was just as good as I thought it to be! Apart from them, Mumbai has some amazing places like Tanatan, Masala Library and if you’re feeling experimental then Hitchki for its Butter chicken risotto.
