Sky Watch Friday – Sunset at Juhu Beach

Firstly, I love the Sky Watch Friday theme. It gives me an opportunity to share and witness so many pictures of the beautiful ceiling that we all share!

Also, this week I got to capture the sunset view from Juhu Beach

The view is calming in nature and also makes you forget the worries in your life even though if it’s just for a while.

How many of you like the sight of the beach, the waves and also of the sky. I do like it. Hence, sharing this view with you guys.

Mumbai Rains

Sky Watch Friday – Mumbai Rains

Mumbai Rains = Unpredictable * 1,00,00,000,000!

Weather in Mumbai during monsoon is quite popular for the wrong reasons. Rains in Mumbai can be as unpredictable as the climax of a Christopher Nolan movie.

It will not rain at all in June and when July arrives, it will rain like 2020 is the last year of humans on Earth! Mumbai in Rains is never good as there are potholes, knee-length water in low lying areas, and disturbance in electricity.

But that’s not all. This is also the time when the temperature in Mumbai falls to a chilling mood. There’s Maggi hot cuppa tea, samosa/vada, and bhajjiyas.

And how can I forget my beloved sky? There’s so much drama in the clouds I tell you. One time it’s gloomy, the next its dark and sometimes the sun wants to throw in a special entry.

Mumbai Rains have a mind of their own and no one can beat it. During the rainy season, we get to witness the other side of the sky which is partly or wholly submerged in darkness.

Whatever be the case, the sky still seems to amaze me. So here are 2 pictures I had clicked back in 2016 from the 11th floor of my workplace in Goregaon, post the Mumbai Rains wreaking havoc.

Weather in Mumbai is amazing during Mumbai Rains

Which one did you like? Personally, I liked the latter. The darkness, the different colors just got to me.

Mumbai Rains are magical. They somehow have the ability to clean everything and give the city a fresh look. Whether its darkness or full of light, they have a beautiful look!

Photography is an amazing feeling. You can capture tons of memories. You can look back and remember amazing moments. Hence you must click pictures whenever possible in Mumbai rains!

Himachal Pradesh Diaries Photos

Himachal Pradesh Diaries – 2

So this trip of mine i.e. the Himachal Pradesh Diaries not only got me some good pictures but also a lot of memories; both good and bad.

When I clicked this picture, there was a fight that we friends were into. I’m not sure why but at that spur of the moment, I just looked up and couldn’t believe what I was actually missing.

So I took out my phone and went all out clicking pictures ignoring the noisy background.

Sure, the fight was not so serious and we’ve been friends for over a decade so it’s obvious we know each other too well. Our fights are still childish and we like to fight and laugh the way we used to a decade ago!

Himachal Pradesh Diaries

The pictures are clicked on our way to Naggar from Manali bus Depot. Nature is indeed at its best in Himachal Pradesh.

Himachal Pradesh Map is one of the best things you can have when traveling in Himachal. With its help and of course talking to locals, you can find places that even regular tourists don’t visit. I hope through my Himachal Pradesh Diaries pictures, you have a good time!

Rajmachi Fort Lonavala

Sky Watch Friday – Rajmachi Fort, Lonavla

If you live in Maharashtra, visiting the forts set by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is mandatory.

One of such forts is the Rajmachi Fort Lonavala.

As per history, Fort Rajmachi was crafted in the 17th century. This was considered to be a fortress and Shivaji loved it too.

Apart from being a fort, villages were allowed to be created around the fort. This also became a major trade route in Maharashtra.

There are various temples within the fort related to Lord Shiva and Kal Bhairav. There’s another highlight too i.e. the Kondana caves.

While on the way for your trek to Rajmachi fort, you will see Kondana caves whereas per architects, some stones date back to the 1st century. That’s how much history we have here in India.

You can trek to Rajmachi fort Lonavala by going through any mode of transport and reach Lonavala. Then you must reach the base village of Udhewadi. From here you can follow a trail and then have fun!

Since 2015, the Rajmachi fort trek has attracted a lot of visitors right from Youngsters to adults and elders too.

I love this theme the most. So many pictures of the sky from various places all around the world right on one page. I’ll keep participating in this theme 🙂

Here’s my entry from Rajmachi Fort Lonavala, India. It’s 2 pictures and they’re really more nature friendly if you’d ask me. Anyways, enjoy the pictures!
