H is for Hesternopothia which means yearning for yesterday or earlier times.
Have you ever wished for old moments to come back again? Like time will just rewind and everything goes back to how it was? There’s so much you’d like to change.
I get those thoughts too. But then I’m a firm believer in the fact that what happens, is for a reason! So there’s no point thinking of the past, trying to use probability as to how well the situation could have been handled. That gives us more pain. Trying to change something in the past is not in our hands. Then why think over and over again? That’s like torture.
Agree with me? Or you feel it’s good to think about old times and wish that time could rewind?
H is for Heteronym which means word having same spelling but different sound and meaning.
I’m sure many of you might have known about this word. Basically, This is like using a word more than once in the same sentence. The difference is that the pronunciation and the meaning differ.
E.g: Don’t desert me here in the desert!
E.g: I did not object to the object.
English is indeed a funny language, ain’t it now?
